60 seconds of staying present
“What’s one small thing I need right now?”
Do that. Only that.

No overhauling your life.
No five-step morning routine.
No weekly plans or annual forecasting. Just one lit step forward. 

Example Scenario:
It’s 4:45pm.
Your inbox is still busy.
You’ve had back-to-back calls.
You’re tired — but your to-do list isn’t.

Your brain says:
“I need to finish everything before tomorrow.”

Step 1 — Pause (60 seconds)
Close your laptop halfway.
Take one slow breath.

Step 2 — Ask
